Terms & Conditions
- Each ticket allows entry for either:
- 1 person (≥13 years old)
- or 1 child (≥4 & ≤12 years old) + 1 accompanying adult
- Upon receipt of your booking, our studio team will verify your order. We will email you upon confirmation of your order. Otherwise if your booking is unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule your booking.
- Reusable aprons will be provided. Dress comfortably, not luxuriously!
- Take care of your personal dressing and belongings. We will not be responsible for personal items dirtied, lost or damaged.
- Your session will be punctual. Artists can arrive 5 mins earlier to settle down and collect your equipment. Artists can check-in late, but the session will end punctually.
- Please take care of all equipment
- Artworks not brought home after the session shall be automatically discarded
- We reserve the right to refuse service to rowdy parties.
- Each Membership Code, promotion/discount codes can only be used towards one payment, subject to the minimum qualifying amount.
- Ensure that Membership Code, promotion/discount codes are valid and applied properly during your checkout. No retrospect refund or changes of payments will be allowed.
- Participants who are unable to attend their bookings may transfer it to others who qualify for these same Terms & Conditions.

What is a family-friendly ticket?
Each ticket allows entry for either:
- 1 person (≥13 years old)
- or 1 child (≥4 & ≤12 years old) + 1 accompanying adult (≥21 years old)
Bringing children along
Every child should purchase 1 ticket and have 1 accompanying adult. If there are 2 children, please purchase 2 tickets and have 2 different accompanying adults. 1 accompanying adult should not accompany multiple children.
Do we need any art skills?
No, you do not need any art skills!
All the arts & crafts are suitable for the general public. Be comfortable to immerse yourself in ideas and opportunities to see your world in new ways through art. Express your creativity, explore new art concepts and perspectives, and allow them to flow onto your art!
We have specially prepared self-guided step-by-step guides. We encourage you to bring your own internet-enabled mobile phone, tablet or laptops and access a media-rich version of the guides!
However, should you need a dedicated artist to guide you along, that may be arranged for an additional fee. The dedicated artist will be assigned to your group (shared among all participants during your ticket purchase.) Please note that dedicated artist guidance is subject to availability only.
