Meeting Format

No report is required for weekly meetings. However, SMA is required to submit a summary report. See section “Studio Weekly Summary Report”.

Weekly meetings are specially structured for team work and bonding. All members present in the meeting are required to participate together. No other departmental works (e.g. staff schedule) may be done during this period.
