Terms & Conditions of Enrolment

Artary children and kids artworks

All registered students of Artary are subjected to the following Terms & Conditions of Enrolment (updated as of 24th May 2013)

PAYMENTS

PAYMENTS ARE COLLECTED ONLY FOR SESSIONS BOOKED.

E.g. If you are going for a holiday, and can only attend sessions on the 7th & 14th in the month of June, payment will be collected for 7th & 14th June.

The first-time fees payable are:

  • One-time refundable deposit ($100) + registration fee ($5)
  • Programme fees for 2 calendar months

Subsequent renewal fees will be collected by each calendar month.

Renewal to subsequent calendar months is automatic for ALL sessions, unless Artary is informed in writing BEFORE the start of the calendar month.

RENEWAL FEES MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE START OF THE CALENDAR MONTH.

Students will be automatically withdrawn from their sessions if there are overdue payments. There will be no refund of paid fees or deposits.

NO REFUND OR TRANSFER OF ALL FEES.

RESCHEDULING

If for any reason a student may not attend a scheduled session, the session may be rescheduled to another available session within the same calendar week. All reschedules must be prearranged with Artary. If for any reason the session is not rescheduled within the same calendar week, it will be forfeited.

If accompanied with a medical certificate, the scheduled session may be allowed to be rescheduled to the next calendar week. In this situation, the rescheduled session may be of a different programme.

An administrative fee is payable for each reschedule.

Reschedules are subject to Artary’s availability and discretion.

WITHDRAWAL

Deposit collected is refundable ONLY when the following TWO conditions are met:

  1. Withdrawal notice is made to Artary at least 14 days before the last paid session (with at least 2 remaining paid sessions).
E.g. If last paid session is 14th June, withdrawal notice must be made latest on 1st June.
  2. Paid attendance of at least 75% throughout the enrolment. Attendance is calculated by the number of sessions paid for, over the total number of available sessions throughout the enrolment.
E.g. If there are 20 available sessions from January to April, but payment has only been made for 10 sessions, the paid attendance will be 50%.

Deposits not collected within 7 days from the last paid session will be forfeited.

Works not collected within 7 days from the last paid session will belong to Artary.

ADMINISTRATIVE

Artary reserves the right to withdraw any student due to disciplinary or behavior issues. For disciplinary or behavior issues, Artary’s decision is final. There will be no refund of paid fees or deposits.

All official communications between Artary and students will be via EMAIL. Students are responsible for keeping their contact particulars updated with Artary.

Artary shall not be liable for any loss of belongings or injuries sustained by the student, in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The terms stated within this document are subject to change without notice, from time to time, at Artary’s discretion. Changes will be published on http://artary.sg/terms/.
